Ayaan Tours & Travels

We are based on the second floor of the Azad Building on H.S.H. Street. The HDFC Bank is right nearby, which makes us a lot easier to locate if you are not familiar with this specific street. It is a central part of Srinagar, and it stays busy with people from the early hours. We have been running Ayaan Tours & Travels from this office for a few years now. It is not a huge place, just enough room for our computers and a few chairs for guests to sit down. We spend most of our time talking to people about their holiday plans or booking various travel tickets. Sometimes the street noise gets so loud that we have to close the windows just to hear the person on the phone, but we like the energy of being in the city. We are not fancy people and we do not pretend to be. We just know how to organize a trip and which drivers are actually reliable. We have a lot of regular customers who come back to us every season because they know exactly where to find us. We do not spend much money on advertisements because we would rather just do a good job for the person standing right in front of us. It is a straightforward business. We show up, we answer our phones, and we try to make sure everyone's travel goes as smoothly as it can.
