Alhyderia Tour & Travels

Our office is at number 1, Dalgate in Srinagar, which is basically the center of everything here. We are right near the State Bank of India, so we are quite easy to find if you are walking around. Being near the first lane of the Boulevard means we see the lake and all the people every day. We are Alhyderia Tour & Travels, and we’ve been running this business for some time now. It is just a local operation, nothing too fancy or corporate. We don't have a big marketing team; we just have our office and our phones. Most of our work involves helping people figure out where they want to go in Kashmir and then making it happen. We book the cars, we find the houseboats, and we tell people about the roads. It gets very busy around Dalgate, especially when the season is in full swing. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure everything is on schedule. We don't use a lot of big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just try to be honest and helpful. If a road is closed or if the weather is bad, we tell you straight. It is just a few of us here, and we know the area like our own backyard. Whether you need to go to Gulmarg or just need a ride to the airport, we handle it. That's just how we do things here at our Dalgate spot.
