Al Firdous Travels

We are Al Firdous Travels, and our office is located right near the Budshah Bridge in Srinagar. We are specifically in Palladium Gali, which is close to the VIP House in the Lal Chowk area. This is the very center of the city, so it’s always loud and full of people. We aren't a polished corporate company with a fancy office. We are just a local travel agency that has been here in Lal Chowk for a good while. Most of our work involves helping people with their travel plans, whether they are going to the mountains or just need a car for the day. We don't use any marketing fluff or big promises. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. Being near the Budshah Bridge means we are easy to find, which is good because Lal Chowk can be a bit of a maze. We spend a lot of time on our phones, talking to drivers and making sure everything is ready for our guests. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just do the work and try to be helpful to anyone who comes into Palladium Gali looking for us. It’s a busy, practical business. We know the city and the surrounding valleys very well because we live here. We just give honest advice and do our best to make sure the travel arrangements go off without a hitch.
