Ahsan Travels

We are located over in Rawalpora, specifically in the Hakeem Bagh area of Srinagar. It is a bit of a walk from the main city center, but it is a good neighborhood. Ahsan Travels is just a small setup we have here. We do not have a big team or anything like that, just a few of us who know how to get things done. Every morning starts the same way, with us checking the bookings and making sure the taxis are ready for the day. Being in Kashmir, you never really know what the day will bring. Sometimes it snows heavily and everything stops, other times it is perfectly sunny. We handle a lot of the usual travel stuff like plane tickets and hotel stays. People often stop by just to ask for directions or to see what the rates are for a trip to Sonamarg. We do not use any of that polished marketing talk because that is not who we are. We are just local people working in the travel trade. Our office is a practical space where we spend most of our hours. It is not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We have been in this spot for some time and the neighbors know us well. It is a basic business but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community here in Srinagar.
