You can find us at Shop No-11 in Dwarka Sector 6, right in the middle of the Central Market in Delhi. It is 110075 for the postal code. Being in the market means it is always noisy outside with people shouting and cars honking, but inside we try to keep it a bit more relaxed. We have the usual setup with the swivel chairs and the sinks for washing hair. The floor is usually covered in some hair clippings until we get a chance to sweep them up between customers. We have a lot of regular people who have been coming to us since we opened up. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the scissors and the combs. The lighting is quite bright so we can see what we are doing, but it makes the shop quite warm in the summer. We keep some old magazines on the table for people who are waiting their turn. It’s not a fancy spa or anything like that, just a regular saloon where you can get your hair sorted out without any drama. We’ve been at this shop number 11 for a long time and the neighbors are all friendly. Sometimes we get tea from the stall next door when there is a gap in the appointments. It's just a normal day-to-day business for us where we try to do a decent job for whoever walks in.
