Our place is Vishawakarma Diamond Tools (P) Ltd., located at A-43/3 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I. It's a typical industrial spot in Delhi, which means it’s crowded and there's always something happening on the street outside. We have been in this unit for a while, and it feels like home now, even with the dust and the noise. The focus here is mostly on the tools we make. We aren't really into fancy office decor or having long meetings. We'd rather be out on the floor seeing how the production is going. Sometimes we run into issues with supplies or the electricity acts up, but that’s part of the game in an area like Naraina. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties. We wear what's comfortable for working around machinery. If a customer has a question, they usually just call and talk to one of us directly. We don't have any complicated phone systems. We just try to be straight with people about when their orders will be ready. Sometimes we are ahead of schedule, sometimes we're a bit behind if a machine breaks down, but we always tell the truth about it. That's basically us.
