Subrto Tools

We have been set up at Plot No.224 in the Sakrawati Industrial Area for a good while now. It is right in Nangli village, which is part of the Najafgarh area. If you have ever been around here, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks and people moving about. We just focus on the tools mostly. People from the nearby workshops come in looking for specific things they need for their jobs. Some days are quiet and we just sit around, while other days are a total mess with deliveries coming in and out. It is not a fancy place at all. It is just a regular industrial shed with some grease on the floor and metal bits everywhere. We spend most of our hours sorting out orders and checking what is in stock. My cousin helps me out with the inventory when things get too much. It is a lot of manual work and your hands usually end up dirty by the end of the day. You get used to the loud machine noises from the neighbors and the dust from the road. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait, but we just deal with it. We do not really have a proper office, just a small wooden desk in the corner where we keep the bills and papers. It is a family thing, really. We have seen the area change a lot over the years with more shops opening up. Inside our plot, it stays mostly the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
