We’re based at 4, Local Shopping Complex on the Naraina Ring Road. Even though the address says shopping complex, it’s more of a commercial spot where people come for specific trade needs. Being on the Ring Road means we get a lot of dust from the traffic. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. We work with polishing and stone care products mostly. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack the containers pretty high. You have to be careful when walking through the aisles so you don't bump into anything. We don't really do much in the way of fancy displays. Most of our customers are regulars who know exactly what they want. They come in, grab their supplies, and head out to their job sites. We have a small desk where we do the billing and it’s always covered in notebooks and pens. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It’s a very local feel here. We know the other shop owners nearby and we often grab lunch from the stall around the corner. We aren't a big corporation with lots of departments. We’re just a small crew making sure the products are in stock and ready to go. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep the doors open and do our best to stay organized amidst all the boxes of supplies piled up in the back.
