We are located at C-151 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1. It’s a busy hub for all kinds of businesses. Even though the name Hitachi Koki sounds big, this branch is just where we handle the day-to-day operations for the tools. The area is always crowded with people moving crates and vans loading up. Our space is pretty functional. We have a front area for talking to people and then the back is mostly storage and technical space. The air conditioning works okay, but it struggles in the afternoon when the sun hits the walls. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure everything is working right. It’s not a place for browsing like a mall. It’s more for people who know what they need for their projects. We’ve got a small team here. Sometimes we share tea in the morning before the rush starts. The neighbors in Naraina are mostly in the same boat, just working hard. We try to keep the front desk tidy, but papers always seem to pile up. It’s an honest place to work. We deal with power tools mostly. People come in with questions about how to fix things or which part fits where. We do our best to help out without making it complicated. It's just a regular industrial unit doing its thing every day. We don't have a lot of corporate polish, just a commitment to getting the job done right for everyone who walks through the door.
