Forgings Today

Our main setup for Forgings Today is over at 409 Mass Apartments in Sector 10, Dwarka. It is a quiet residential area which is a big change from the noisy forging plants we usually write about or visit. We also have some space at Maker Chamber Vi on Jamanalal Bajaj Road, specifically at units 28 and 29. Managing things between Delhi and Mumbai keeps us on our toes most of the week. Our desks are usually piled high with papers, industry reports, and magazines. It is not a very polished environment. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people in the metal industry or typing out updates on our old computers. The lift in the Dwarka building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. We are just a small team trying to keep track of what is happening in the world of forgings and steel. There is always a lot of tea and coffee being drank while we figure out the next issue. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us in a regular office space doing the work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the deadlines, but we manage to get through it. We do not really have a showroom since our work is mostly about information and keeping the industry connected.
