Hitachi Koki India Ltd is located over in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I, at C-151. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of trucks and industrial noise. We fit right in. We’re all about power tools and the gear that builders and craftsmen use to get their jobs done. The warehouse is usually full of boxes, and there’s always someone moving a pallet around with a jack. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really have a fancy showroom. Most of the people who come here are looking for something specific, like a new drill or a saw that can handle a lot of abuse. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the walls have a few scuffs to prove it. The staff here knows the tools well because many of us use them at home too. We aren't here to give you a long sales pitch. We just show you what the tool does and how to keep it running. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic, but we try to help everyone out. We take pride in the fact that we aren't some distant office. We’re right here in the middle of the industrial zone where the real work happens. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but it feels right for what we do. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders go out on time every day.
