The streets are a bit narrow and you have to be careful when you are driving around here, especially with all the scooters and people walking. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any shiny signs or big glass windows. It is just a regular building where we do our work every day. Being in New Delhi means things are always moving fast, and we try to keep up with it as best as we can. We have a small team and we’ve worked together for quite a while, so we know how each other likes to get things done. It’s not a corporate environment at all, it’s more like a group of people who have known each other for years. We spend our time managing the associates' work and keeping the records straight. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but usually, we just try to get things finished so we can beat the evening rush.
