We are located at 128 Dwarka Sector 18. Dwarka is a big place with many blocks, but Sector 18 has its own feel that we like. Our office is just a regular room where we sit and handle property stuff every day. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls or a big lobby. It's more of a place where you can sit down and talk about what kind of flat you need in this area. Harish Associates has been around this part of Delhi for a bit of time now. We spend our time looking at the different pockets in Sector 18 and the nearby sectors. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a headache, but that is just how Dwarka is these days. We mostly deal with people who are already living nearby and want to move to a bigger place or maybe downsize now that the kids are gone. We don’t have a big marketing budget or agents on every corner. We just have our names on the door and a phone that rings quite a lot during the day. We keep track of which apartments are coming up for rent or sale by talking to the guards and owners. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking things at the local offices to make sure everything is right. We try to be honest with people about what a place is actually like. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us doing the legwork. We've seen many folks settle into their new homes over the years.
