Golden Property

Golden Property is over at 381 in Dwarka Sector 12, Pocket 1. It’s a mostly residential area, which makes it a bit different from the busy commercial sectors. Our office is just a simple room in the building. We don’t have a big storefront or glowing lights. It’s a very modest setup where we keep our property registers and some maps of Dwarka. We spend most of our time dealing with flats and plots in this sector and the ones around it. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just a few of us who have lived and worked in Dwarka for years. We know the little things, like which pockets have the best parks or where the metro noise is too loud. We don’t have any polished marketing materials. If you want to know about a property, we just tell you the facts as we know them. The office is usually quiet, and we often have a pot of tea on the table for anyone who drops by. We don't wear suits or use fancy titles. We are just local people helping other local people find a place to live or work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. Pocket 1 is a nice place to be based. It feels like a community. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the paperwork is right and the people we help are satisfied with what they find. The metro station isn't too far, which is helpful.
