Our office is in F 10 at the Manish Metro 4 Plaza in Dwarka. Being so close to the metro means there’s never a quiet moment. People are always rushing past on their way to the trains. We’ve been based in this plaza for a while now, and it’s a good spot for meeting people who are new to Dwarka. This part of the city is huge and can be quite confusing with all the different sectors and pockets. We mostly focus on the apartments and flats that are within walking distance or a short drive from the metro station. Most of our clients are working people who need something convenient for their daily commute. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations in the office. We usually have a lot of keys hanging on the wall and piles of paperwork on the desks. It’s a busy environment, but we like it that way. We spend a lot of time out of the office, showing people around different blocks and checking on empty units. Dwarka has changed so much from when we first started. There are more shops and more traffic now. We just try to keep up with it all and help people find a place that fits their needs. We don't use any complicated sales talk or pushy tactics. We just show the place, tell you the rent or price, and help with the forms if you like it. It's a plain way of doing business.
