Deal The Property

We are over in Dwarka Sector 11, located on the first floor of Manish Market in Pocket 4. We’re pretty easy to find because we are right near the Mother Dairy booth. Our office is just a small space where we deal with property matters. It’s got a few chairs and a table where we go over paperwork with people. Being in a market area means there’s always a lot of activity. We hear the sounds of the dairy customers and the other shopkeepers all day long. It’s a very local vibe. We spend a lot of time walking around the different pockets of Dwarka, looking at flats and commercial spaces. We don't have a big fancy website or a huge team of agents. It’s just us working out of this market office. We know the neighborhood like the back of our hand, which helps when people ask about schools or parks nearby. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in to talk about a lease, but we make it work. We keep things very informal and just talk to people like neighbors. Dealing with property can be stressful for people, so we try to keep the atmosphere calm. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi; we just want to help people find what they need in this specific part of Dwarka. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
