Working from the ground floor here at 52 Rohini Sector 18 is convenient because people don't have to climb any stairs to find us. We are tucked away in Pocket B, and it is a fairly quiet corner most of the time. The address mentions Dwarka, which confuses some people who are new to the area, but the locals know exactly where to find our door. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some files that have been around as long as the office has. Most of our morning is spent cleaning up the dust that blows in from the street and getting the ledger ready for the day. We deal with all sorts of people, from young couples looking for their first small place to older folks wanting to move closer to their kids. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around by itself when someone needs a place in Sector 18. It is a very hands-on kind of business where we have to go out and look at the properties ourselves to know what we are talking about.
