We are over here at B-106 in Dwarka, right next to the Mother Dairy. People around here usually know the spot because of the milk booth, so it’s easy to find us if you’re walking by. This office has been our base for quite a bit now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular setup where we handle property things. Most days it’s pretty quiet, but sometimes the street gets busy with folks getting their groceries or just moving through the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time looking at different flats and plots around this part of Dwarka. It's a decent area to work in. There’s always someone coming in asking about rent or if any new place opened up nearby. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. Usually, we just sit down and talk about what’s available on the market right now. If you've lived in Dwarka for a while, you probably know how the blocks are laid out. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to move. It’s mostly just us keeping our ears to the ground. The tea shop around the corner makes a good cup, so that helps on the long afternoons. We're just local people doing property work, nothing too complicated. If you're near the Mother Dairy, you’ll see our sign. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
