We've been at Shop No 105 on the first floor of Krishna Mall for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right in Sector 12 Dwarka, just across the street from Shubham Valley Restaurant. It’s a busy spot and people usually drop in after they eat or while they are out doing errands. The mall gets quite a lot of foot traffic during the weekends especially. Our space isn't huge, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet folks who want to talk about houses or shops in the area. Most days start with a cup of tea while we look over the new listings that came in overnight. There is always some paperwork to sort out or a phone call to return. We know this part of Dwarka pretty well because we see the changes happening right outside our window every single day. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times the office feels a bit cramped when a whole family comes in to discuss a lease. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything, just some maps and our notebooks where we jot down what people are looking for. It’s practical work. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Usually, it's just neighbors or people moving to this side of town for work. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because that is how we like to be treated too. It's just us here most days, working through the usual real estate stuff.
