Our location is 15 Najafgarh Industrial Area. It is a pretty large space because we deal with big machines. The building is mostly concrete and iron, and it stays quite cool even when it is hot outside. We spend our days repairing and maintaining heavy machinery for different factories. It is a very hands-on job. There is always the sound of metal clanging or engines being tested. My workers are mostly local men who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a fancy office or a place for guests to sit. Usually, people just stand around the shop floor while we talk about the repairs. Najafgarh is a bit far out, and the roads can be quite bumpy with all the heavy trucks. We don't spend any time on social media or advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the industrial area. We keep our records in some old binders in the small corner office. It’s a bit messy with oil stains on some of the papers. We eat our lunch in a small room at the back where it is a little quieter. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the machines we fix stay fixed. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
