We are over at Plot No. 120 in Kapashera, which is very close to the Desu Office. It’s a well-known area and most people who live or work around here know exactly where that is. Our building is an industrial unit where we spend our days manufacturing and handling various orders. It’s a busy place and it can get quite loud once all the machines are turned on in the morning. We’ve been operating from this same plot for many years now. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the machines and making sure the quality of what we produce is what it needs to be. The floors are often covered in metal shavings or oil, and the walls are lined with tools we’ve been using for a long time. We have a solid crew of workers, some of whom have been with us since the very beginning. We have our lunch together and then get right back to the production line. Kapashera is a crowded place, especially with all the trucks coming through, but we’ve learned how to manage. We don’t try to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who know how to work with machines and are happy to do it every day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment and that’s the way we prefer to keep it.
