You can find us at Shop No G 27 in Vardhaman DC Plaza, which is located at Plot No 5 in Sector 11, Dwarka. We are right near Akash Tower, which most people know if they live around here. The plaza is always a busy place with people coming and going for their shopping or a quick bite to eat. Our office is a small shop on the ground floor. We’ve been here for quite some time, focusing on the apartments and commercial shops around the Dwarka area. We don’t have a big corporate feel. We are just a few people who know the local blocks really well. Some days we are out walking around different societies showing flats, and other days we are stuck here trying to get all the registration papers in order. We know which sectors have better parks and which ones have issues with the local market traffic. People come to us when they need a place to stay or if they want to invest a bit of money in a local shop. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from their friends. The office has a couple of chairs and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We keep it honest and don’t use any complicated words. If a building is too old, we will be the first to tell you.
