Gupta Ji Properties

Gupta Ji Properties is based right here at 44 Dwarka Sector 11. It’s a simple spot, not too far from the main residential blocks. We have a small office at number 44 where we keep all our records. Sector 11 is a decent place, though it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve been sitting in this same office for years, watching the neighborhood grow around us. Most days, we just sit at our desks and wait for the phone to ring or for a neighbor to drop by. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of paper folders piled up. We spend a lot of time doing paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We like being in Dwarka because we know the streets and the people. Sometimes we take a break and go get some tea from the stall nearby. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here since the start. The office door is usually open to let in some air. It is just a regular place where we do our business every day without much fuss. We stay until the evening when it’s time to head home.
