We are located in a corner flat, number 1L, on the first floor over in Village Devli. It is right near the general store, so it is easy to find if you know the area. Our setup is pretty simple. We work on buildtech, which basically means we look at the technical side of how things are built. We spend a lot of time on computers and looking at specs. Devli is a bit tucked away, but we like it here. It is a bit quieter than the main city parts, though the stairs up to the flat can be a bit steep if you are carrying heavy files. We are a small partnership, just a few of us who decided to start something on our own. There is no big corporate vibe here. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours arguing over the best way to fix a structural problem or which materials to order. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations, just our desks and a lot of technical manuals. It is a practical workspace for practical people. We do not try to sound more important than we are. We just know our trade and we try to do it well enough that people come back to us. It is about the work, not the image. Being near the store is handy for snacks during those long afternoon meetings.
