We have been working out of our office at Rectangle One in Saket for quite some time now. New Delhi is a busy place, and being in the District Center means there is always something going on right outside the window. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the paperwork and managing the various projects we have going on. It is a lot of coordination between the people here in the office and the folks out on the sites. We handle everything from the 406 suite, and it gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at once. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. It is not always glamorous work, mostly just checking plans and making sure things are moving along like they should. The traffic in Saket can be a real headache, but the location works for us. We try to keep things straightforward. People come in, we talk about the buildings, and we see what needs to be done next. There is not much flair to how we do things, just regular office hours and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the printers act up or the coffee runs out, but we manage. Being a developer means a lot of waiting for approvals and then rushing to get things started. We have seen the city change a lot from this spot. It is just us doing our bit in the Delhi real estate scene.
