You can find us at F- 385 in Sarita Vihar. This is where we handle a lot of the residential stuff and housing projects. New Delhi is a huge place, but our little corner here in 110076 stays pretty busy. We’ve got maps spread out on tables and people coming in to ask about plots or where their new home is going to be built. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things over and over. The office isn't anything special, just a place to sit and talk. We deal with a lot of paperwork because property stuff always involves a mountain of forms. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, which is always annoying. We have staff who have been here for years, and we know the regulars who stop by just to see how things are progressing. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand, whether that's checking a blueprint or making sure a contract is signed in the right spot. It’s honest work. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We're just the folks in Sarita Vihar making sure the housing side of things keeps moving along every day. It’s just us and our desks, doing the daily grind and trying to keep everything in order. It keeps us quite occupied from morning until evening. There's always coffee in the pot.
