Our office is located at 7 Local Shopping Centre in Kalkaji, which is in the New Delhi 110 019 area. If you know Kalkaji, you know it’s a pretty busy part of South Delhi. The Local Shopping Centre isn't like one of those huge malls with air conditioning everywhere; it’s more of a traditional spot with different shops and offices all clustered together. We are Omaxe Ltd. and we have been at this number 7 location for quite some time now. The building is older, and the stairs have that worn-down look from all the people walking up and down them over the years. Inside, it’s just a normal office. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of files because real estate involves a lot of paper. The Delhi traffic outside can be a bit much, especially during rush hour, but we are used to it. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come by just to say hello or complain about the parking. It’s that kind of environment. We don’t try to act like we are in some high-rise in Gurgaon. We are right here in the heart of Kalkaji, doing our thing every day. It’s a practical place to work, and it keeps us close to the people we deal with. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and keep the tea kettle going in the back to get through the day.
