Our office for Golden Brick Properties is at 7 Yusuf Sarai. It’s a busy neighborhood and being at number 7 means we see everything that goes on in the street. We don't have a giant glass building or a fleet of cars. It’s just a regular office where we keep our maps and our files. Yusuf Sarai has a lot of old charm and a lot of noise too. We spend most of the day talking to people who want to move into the area or those who are finally moving out. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate company in Delhi. We just know this specific area well. Sometimes the phone rings all morning, and other times we just sit and watch the traffic go by while we wait for a client. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk. We just show the property and tell people the price. It’s very practical work. The office can get a bit messy with all the papers and site plans spread out on the table. We keep a teapot going most of the afternoon. It’s a local business run by local people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but number 7 stays the same. If you are looking for us, just look for the door near the main market area. We are usually there, unless we are out showing a plot to someone or checking on a site.
