Central Park - I

Aya Nagar Extension is where you can find us, specifically at House Number 660 in Block G, Phase VI. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the narrow streets and the way the house numbers skip around. We run the Central Park - I operations from this building. It’s a practical setup, nothing too flashy or modern. Most of our work involves managing the local properties and making sure the basic stuff like water and security is moving along. We have a small team, and we usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs fixing or who called about their lease. The office is on the ground floor, so we see people passing by all day. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't use fancy software or anything; we keep our records in ledgers and on a couple of old PCs. It's an honest living, dealing with the day-to-day realities of house management in a growing part of town. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just walking over to the sites to talk to people in person. It’s better that way sometimes, actually seeing what’s going on with the buildings instead of just reading about it. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart now, which is a nice touch for our morning breaks.
