Unitech Group

We are located over in Sarita Vihar at J 372, right near the busy Mathura Road. Unitech Group has been operating out of this New Delhi office for quite a bit. It’s a standard workspace where we handle a lot of different projects at once. The traffic on Mathura Road can be a real headache in the mornings, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our time managing paperwork, talking to contractors, and making sure the schedules are moving along like they should. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a group of people working together to make things happen. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything, just some rooms filled with files and computers. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we know how things work in this neighborhood. We deal with real estate and construction bits, though it changes from day to day. Sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up with the pace of the city. You might see our sign if you're driving through the area. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of tasks every week. There’s always someone drinking tea and discussing the latest project in the back room. It’s just how we do things here in Delhi. We don't bother with much fancy stuff, we just focus on the job and getting things done.
