Vkms Interiors And Developers Private Limited is based in Safdarjung Enclave. We are on the ground floor of B-5/50 in the S.D Scheme area. It’s a decent part of South Delhi and the 110029 area is pretty well-connected. We do a mix of interior work and some development too. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in, which happens more than you’d think. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has our desks, some computers, and a lot of fabric and wood samples scattered about. We spend a lot of time on site making sure the carpenters and masons are doing what they are supposed to. Safdarjung is a busy place so parking can be a headache for us and the guys. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished firm. We are just a group of people who know how to fix up a space. Sometimes projects get delayed because of rain or labor issues, and we just deal with it. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighborhood well and have been working from this ground floor spot for a while now. It’s just plain work, really. No big promises, just getting the interiors done and moving on to the next one. We try to stay out of the office and on the site as much as possible.
