Vivid Developers Llp

Vivid Developers Llp is based in South Delhi, specifically in Defence Colony. We are on the second floor of building C 58. It is a nice enough neighborhood, but the streets are often full of parked cars, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get here sometimes. Our office is a simple one. We have a couple of rooms where we sit and talk about our property projects. There is no big reception or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits if anyone is hungry. We are a small team and we like to keep things that way. It is easier to manage everything when you don't have too many people involved. We have various samples of building materials lying around the office, which makes it feel a bit cluttered, but it is useful for our work. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and talking to the workers. We don't have any corporate slogans or a marketing department. We just do our work and let people see the results for themselves. It is a very grounded way of running a business. We have been in Defence Colony for a good while and we like the feel of the area. It is quiet for the most part, which helps us focus on the technical details of our projects. We just keep it simple and honest.
