VIHAAN INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

We set up our office in Flat No. 22-A on the ground floor of Power Apartment. It is in the AD Block of Pitampura. We like being on the ground floor because it is easy for people to just walk in without dealing with stairs or lifts. This part of North West Delhi is where we live and work, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We focus on infrastructure projects. It is an LLP, which means it is a tight group of us handling everything from the initial plans to the final bricks. We do not have a fancy logo on a glass door; just a simple sign so people know where we are. Dealing with the local authorities and getting permits can be a real slog, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not trying to change the world. We are just trying to build things that last and help our clients get their projects off the ground. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have all our files out, but we make it work. We have had a few rainy seasons where the leaks in the old buildings nearby caused us some worry, but our spot in Power Appt has held up well. We are just normal folks who enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a drawing to a real structure in the city.
