Vibes Developers Pvt. Ltd operates out of New Delhi. Our office is in the 110017 area code, which is a busy part of the city to be in. Working in development in a place like Delhi means you are always dealing with some kind of noise or construction. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of running around from one site to another, making sure everything is moving along. The weather here can be tough, either too hot or too rainy, but we just keep at it. Our office is where we gather to sort out the documents and have our lunches. It’s a small group of us and we’ve worked together for a good bit now. We don't really have a big fancy reception area. It’s mostly just desks covered in papers and maps. We like it that way because it feels like we’re actually getting stuff done. People drop in to ask about plots or buildings, and we just give them the straight facts. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, we are just building things that people need. Delhi is a big city but the development world feels small once you’ve been in it for a few years. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on schedule.
