Our place is at B 189 on the second floor in Duggal Colony. It’s right off Khanpur Devli Road in South Delhi. If you’ve ever driven down Devli Road, you know how the traffic can get, especially when the school buses are out. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just rooftops and power lines. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and shut the door. We spend most of our time here going through documents or talking to people on the phone. It’s not one of those modern offices with an open plan. It’s more like a traditional setup where everyone has their own corner. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always someone moving around. We don’t really do anything fancy here. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It feels honest and simple. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much in the summer heat, but we are used to it by now. It’s just how things are at our South Delhi office.
