We’ve been running Valleyside Developers Llp out of this spot at T 113 for a good while now. It’s tucked away in Ward No. 6, right near the Shamshi Talab in Mehrauli. If you know the area, you know it’s got those narrow lanes and a lot of history. Aam Bagh is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room where we keep our files and maps. We do development work, which mostly means we’re out on sites or stuck here doing the legal paperwork. Being near the talab is nice when you need a minute of air, though the area is always buzzing with people and scooters. We aren't some big firm from a glass tower. It’s just a few of us. We handle things locally. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just get on with it. Valleyside Developers Llp is just a name on a board outside the door. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to bring you water in a uniform. It’s just us. Ward No. 6 is a bit of a maze, but we like the feel of it. It’s a real part of Mehrauli, not some polished office park. We do our best to keep projects moving from this little office in Aam Bagh. There’s a lot of walking involved and the summers are hot, but we like it here.
