VAIBHAV CONBUILD LLP

Vaibhav Conbuild LLP is based right here in Jangpura Extension, specifically at D-27. It's a nice part of South Delhi, usually quiet enough to get some thinking done, although the street can get a bit narrow when everyone is home. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. This isn't some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to make sure the buildings we work on actually stay up and look okay once they are done. The office is in a residential-feeling area, which we like because it feels more personal than those glass towers. 110014 is home for us. Construction involves a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. That's life. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up and do the work. The traffic on the way to sites can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that's Delhi for you. We've been in the Jangpura area for a bit and people know us around the block. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork organized, though it's a constant battle with all the receipts. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you want to know what we do, you just come by and talk to us. We’re just a local business doing our bit in the construction world without much fuss or noise.
