Unitech Ltd

Our place is over at 56218 Zakir Nagar, right in the Okhla area of New Delhi. If you know this part of the city, you know it stays busy almost all the time. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on right outside our door. We’ve been operating Unitech Ltd from here for a while, and the space serves us well enough for what we need. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the narrow lanes, but we like the energy of it. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't have a lot of extra room, so things are stacked pretty close. We spend a lot of time just managing the usual daily tasks and trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s just a bunch of us working in a spot that makes sense for us. The 110025 area has a lot of character, and we feel like we are part of the local fabric here. It’s a practical location for being in Okhla. We get our mail, we do our work, and we go home like everyone else. It’s an honest way to spend the day. There’s always someone stopping by or something happening nearby that keeps things interesting for us during the afternoon.
