We've been at A-1/308 in the Safdarjung Development Area for a bit now. It’s a busy part of South Delhi. People around here know us as UNIMET STEELBUILD SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. Mostly we deal with steel building stuff. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the materials are right. The office is on the first floor. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic, but we manage. We aren't a giant office with hundreds of people, just a team trying to get the work done. Building things with steel isn't exactly simple, there's a lot of technical detail that goes into it every day. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to suppliers. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially when we have several projects going at once. It’s just how it goes in this industry. Safdarjung is a good spot for us because it’s central enough to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a small component or a bigger structure. There’s always something to fix or a drawing to double-check. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. We've seen the area change over the years. We stick to our routine, opening up the office in the morning and heading home late when the work demands it. It’s a straightforward business really.
