We've been running UNIMET ROOFING PANELS PRIVATE LIMITED out of our office here in Safdarjung Development Area for a while now. It's on the first floor at A-1/308. Most days it’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with roofing materials. New Delhi is a busy place, and South Delhi keeps us on our toes with all the construction going on. It's just a regular workplace where we keep track of orders and make sure the supplies are moving. The office is tucked away in a quiet part of SDA, which is nice when things get hectic. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites and checking inventory lists. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with heavy materials and delivery schedules. If you’re around the 110029 area, you’ve probably passed by our building without thinking much of it. We just focus on getting the panels where they need to go. It’s practical work. We know the ins and outs of how these roofing sheets behave in the heat and rain here. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up, handle the metal and the specs, and head home. It's a living.
