Ujjwal Dreams Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Jaitpur, in the South Delhi area. To be exact, you can find us at N-311/13, on the first floor. We are right in Gali No-13, Block N, which is part of the Amar Market area in Saurabh Vihar. It’s a busy neighborhood, very local and full of life. Our office isn’t hard to find if you know the market. We’ve been focusing on buildcon work for a while now. The name "Ujjwal Dreams" sounds a bit fancy, but we’re actually quite grounded. Most of our time is spent dealing with the realities of construction and site management. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various spots where work is happening. Being in Badarpur means we’re right in the thick of a growing part of the city. There’s always some new project popping up nearby. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. You might find us doing paperwork one hour and then out checking on materials the next. We don't really go for the corporate look; our office feels like a place where real work happens. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the market right there, but that’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We just focus on getting our projects finished and keeping things moving. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us, and we like that local connection.
