Udayan Builders LLP is based over in South Delhi at M 34 in the Greater Kailash II Market. If you know the GK II area, you know how busy the market gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for food or shopping. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s a good place to be because everything is within reach. South Delhi-110048 is a well-known pin code, and the market itself has a lot of history. Our office isn't tucked away in some hidden alley; it’s right there where the action is. We spend our mornings getting things organized before the shops downstairs really start opening up. It’s a lot of builders’ work, dealing with different sites and keeping track of materials, all from this market office. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we sit down to talk about projects and handle the paperwork that comes with construction. Being in Greater Kailash means we are pretty central for a lot of our clients who live in this part of New Delhi. It’s a busy life, but being part of the local market community makes it feel less like a chore. There is always someone coming by or a tea runner passing through the hallways while we're working on the next project.
