You can find us at Rz 32/2802, specifically in Flat No A-4 on the second floor. We are right on Maa Jagdamba Road in the Tuglakabad Extension area of New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, always something going on outside the window. Tulip Infratech Pvt Ltd is mostly focused on the back-end of construction and infrastructure work. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is usually packed with cars and people. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a few rooms filled with blueprints and files. We aren't the type to have a big fancy lobby. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over project plans. It’s honest work and it gets busy around here during the peak of the building season. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or keep working by the windows. We've been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about getting the jobs finished. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and manage the projects from this little corner of Tuglakabad. It is a bit crowded with all the files, but we know where everything is.
