Theta Cement Priviate Llp is based at X-58 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. It's a very industrial part of South Delhi. Being here means we are surrounded by trucks and warehouses all day. We deal with cement, which is a heavy and dusty business. The office is right there in the thick of it. It’s not a place for nice clothes because everything ends up with a bit of grey dust on it. We spend our time managing orders and making sure the bags get to the right construction sites. It’s a lot of logistics and physical work. The team here is small but we’ve been together for years. We know the cement business inside and out. Some days the traffic in Okhla is so bad that nothing moves for hours, but we just deal with it. It’s part of living and working in this city. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just provide cement to people who need it for their buildings. It’s a simple business model. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent operation. If you need to find us, just look for the X-58 sign. We’re usually around from early morning until the last truck leaves. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The dust is just part of the scenery here.
