Technip Italy S.P.A

We are located at B-22 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. It’s pretty busy around here most days, especially when the trucks are moving. The traffic in New Delhi can be a bit much in the mornings. Our building isn't anything too flashy, but it gets the job done for Technip Italy S.P.A. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with the paperwork and technical drawings. If you come by, you'll see a lot of vehicles moving goods on the main road outside. The air usually smells a bit like dust and city life. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, so the locals know where B-22 is if you get lost. There’s a small tea stall just down the lane where a few of us go during the mid-morning break to get away from the screens. It’s a plain place, really. We just focus on the work we have to do for our projects. Sometimes the power flickers, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We keep things moving as well as we can. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls everywhere, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We have some old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days, but they work fine.
