TALVALLEY DEVELOPERS LLP is based in South Delhi, right in Hauz Khas. Our spot is at Y 13 on the ground floor. It’s a nice enough area, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to hunt for stairs or wait for an elevator. Hauz Khas is a well-known part of the city, and having the office here at Y 13 works out well for us. We handle development work, mostly through this LLP setup. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the tasks we have. The office is pretty basic. It’s got what we need to function—some chairs, some tables, and our project files. Being in 110016 means we are close to a lot of other businesses and construction sites. South Delhi has its own pace, and we just fit into that. We don't go around making big claims about what we do or how we do it. We just use the name TALVALLEY DEVELOPERS LLP and get the jobs done as they come. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at different locations, but Y 13 is where the administrative side of things happens. It’s a practical location for a developer to be situated. We like being in Hauz Khas because it’s central to the areas we work in. It’s just a normal office for normal people doing their daily jobs. We like it here.
