TAGORE GARDEN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based on the ground floor at 4/18 in Jangpura. It is a crowded part of South Delhi, but it has a good feel to it. Even though our name is TAGORE GARDEN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED, we have been working out of this Jangpura office for quite a while. It can be a bit confusing for people at first, but it is just where we ended up setting up shop. We mostly deal with residential properties and home projects. There is always someone looking for a place or trying to renovate what they have. Our office is quite simple. We have some old desks and plenty of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time walking around and checking on different properties in person. You cannot really understand a house just by looking at photos on a screen. We know the streets around here very well. South Delhi has a specific rhythm, and we do our best to keep up with it. There is no corporate vibe in our office. We are just a small group of people doing our thing. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with meetings. Sometimes the paperwork for the city authorities takes a lot longer than we would like, which can be annoying. We just try to keep things moving forward as best as we can. It is practical work for real people looking for homes.
