We have been running Sunhari Builder And Constructions Private Limited out of Chattarpur Extension for a while now. Our office is tucked away at A-243 on the first floor, specifically in Flat No. 2 near Khasra No. 820. It is a busy area and finding a spot can be tricky sometimes, but we like being right in the middle of South Delhi. Being builders means there is always dust on someone’s boots and a lot of phone calls to make. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with suppliers. It is not always pretty work. There are delays with materials sometimes and the weather does not always cooperate with our schedules. We just try to keep things moving. The team is small but we have worked together for a good bit. Chattarpur is growing fast and we see new buildings going up every week. We take care of our specific projects and try to make sure everything is solid. It is hard work, mostly involving a lot of coordination between different laborers and making sure the bricks show up on time. We are not some giant corporation with a glass building. We are just a local construction group working from a flat. People stop by to ask about plots or how their house is coming along. We give them a straight answer and go back to work. That is just the way we do things here.
