Our office is tucked away in Green Park Main, specifically at K-2 on the second floor. Sunder Developers Llp has been based in this South Delhi neighborhood for a good stretch of time. If you know the 110016 area, you know it’s a mix of busy markets and quieter residential streets. We fall somewhere in the middle of all that. The space is a bit small, but it serves us well for what we need to do. Most of the time, we are just managing the different development projects we have on our plate. There is always someone coming in or out with some plans or some news from a site. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular office where we do our business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through the technical stuff that comes with being developers. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the endless paperwork that seems to pile up on the desks. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of the chaos. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break from the screens. It’s a simple life here in Green Park, and we are just another local business trying to keep things moving along.
