You can find us at Katwaria Sarai in New Delhi. The office is tucked away near the Gumbat, specifically Room 9 in Flat 80E. It’s a busy little corner of the city. Naresh Kumar is who most people ask for when they come around. We handle various projects from this small space. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate office. It feels more like a lived-in workspace where plans are spread out on the tables and the phone is always ringing. Being in Delhi means there’s always something going on outside, usually traffic or construction noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different project stages. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. The location is pretty convenient for getting around the city, though parking can be a real pain if you aren't careful. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. No one here is really into fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just talk about the building work and the timelines. If the tea is hot and the paperwork is sorted, it’s a good day for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task on the list.
